El Camino (15 NE 2nd Avenue, next to The Office)- The creators of two wildly successful Delray restaurants- Park Tavern and Cut 432- are bringing a much-needed Mexican restaurant to the downtown. Just steps from the Ave., El Camino – Mexican Soul Food & Tequila Bar is set to open in the next few weeks. The restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating, an open kitchen and “graffiti” art.

The menu will include traditional Mexican cuisine while taking some inventive liberties, using as much local and organic product as possible, and lightening up dishes when appropriate. El Camino’s bar will offer more than 200 different tequilas with a focus on small artisan producers, plus an array of Mexican and local craft beers, mescals and, of course, margaritas!
