Having met early in their careers at the iconic Pranzo restaurant in Mizner Park, they soon realized they shared a similar vision for creating the perfect dining experience. Young, energetic and looking to redefine the standards, they set forth with their first joint venture at Vertical 114.
A New Chapter for CUT432
After 18 years of defining the modern steakhouse on East Atlantic Avenue, CUT432 is preparing to begin an exciting new chapter. Having successfully transformed the steakhouse concept from stuffy to sexy, CUT432 has become a mainstay of Delray Beach, beloved for its celebrity-chic vibe, meticulously crafted steaks, and award-winning cocktails. While our original location is now closed, we are currently designing a brand-new space to further elevate our signature blend of impeccable service and high-energy dining. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home soon.

CUT432 – MRG’s flagship property opened in 2008 has consistently provided South Florida with the finest steakhouse experience highlighted by outstanding table side service, an extensive wine program and exquisite culinary innovations. Most recently voted Top 4 Restaurants in Delray Beach by Palm Beach Post.
Park Tavern – since opening in 2011 has quickly become a favorite for Delray Beach locals. Known for their busy bar crowds, creative cocktail menu and twisted American cuisine, Park Tavern has also been labeled the #1 Brunch destination in Delray Beach.
El Camino – the youngest of the trio opened its doors in 2013 filling a much needed void in Delray Beach “Authentic Mexican Food”. Since opening the accolades have not stopped coming in, most impressively landing on OpenTable’s Top 100 Hot Spot Restaurants in America.
