Nine South Florida restaurants, most in Miami, are among OpenTable.com’s list of 2015 Top 100 Hot Spot Restaurants in America.

I haven’t dined at all of them, but I’d say the five million everyday reviewers who used OpenTable.com to make their restaurant reservations did a very good job. Altogether, OpenTable.com represents 20,000 restaurants across the country.

Here’s the list.

Bâoli Miami, Miami Beach; The Bazaar by José Andrés at SLS Hotel South Beach, Miami Beach; Buccan, Palm Beach; Cantina La Veinte, Miami; Drunken Dragon, Miami Beach; El Camino Mexican Soul Food & Tequila Bar, Delray Beach; Grille 401, Fort Lauderdale;Matador Room, The Miami Beach Edition, Miami Beach; and Prohibition Restaurant & Speakeasy, Miami.

Here are links to the restaurants I’ve reviewed. Looks like I’ve got some great new ideas for reviewing.

The Bazaar by José Andrés; Buccan, Palm Beach; Drunken Dragon, Miami Beach; and El Camino Mexican Soul Food & Tequila Bar, Delray Beach; and Grille 401, Fort Lauderdale.

The complete list of 100 is online now.
